Daily Schedule 

• Registration: Opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 8:30 a.m. Bring a valid ID to registration.

• Tech inspection: Opens at 7:30 a.m. and closes at 8:30 a.m.

• MANDATORY riders meeting: 8:30 a.m.

• Track will be hot from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (we will not stop for lunch)

Late Arrivals: Registration will reopen from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Late entries must attend a riders meeting before they are allowed on-track.

Paddock Rules:

Please be clean and courteous so we are invited back.

• The speed limit in the pits is 5 mph.

• If you visit the other side of the facility, please respectful of other track day events that are occurring.

• Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

• No campfires directly on the paddock surface, you MUST have an elevated fire pit. Clean it up afterward.

• If your motorcycle is leaking remove it from the paddock area or use a drip pan.

Location Amenities:

RV and tent camping is allowed however there are no hook-ups in the paddock. Full hook-ups are available on the premises but must be arranged with WSIR. There is a public restroom on the premises. Willow Springs also has a Café located near the Big Willow track and it is open most weekends for breakfast and lunch.

 

Stores: There are a few grocery stores, a liquor store, and a few auto parts stores within 5 miles of the track.

​

Fuel: WISR has race fuel available at the track (contact the track for details). There are a few gas stations within 5 miles of the track in Rosamond.

​

Gate Hours:

Friday and Saturday nights you may enter the property between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. at the main gate.

• The gate is usually open until 10:00 p.m. (Sometimes later, call WSIR to check (661) 256-6666)

• Saturday & Sunday the gate will open at 6:30 a.m. 

• All participants must be off the property on Sunday by 7:00 p.m.

• There is a $20 entrance fee.
